(Christine) Workers need to be like florist courses for work. The request to make a bouquet causes HUGE difficulties. The worker was only able to list the names of the flowers, which we saw so beautifully. Several times they asked us to show, among themselves, combinations, at least, so that we (not florists and people working in this field) could somehow imagine what she means by listing the names. As a result, they themselves made up at least something with her hands ... the employee could not help what she did ... but to do her work directly. It is unfortunate that when people come for a service, people working there to help and provide a service cannot do anything.
