You are absolutely correct, I am not your customer anymore and would never be again. I even have email chain prooving that I complained about your services in the past, so please stop thinking that all possible negative comments about your service is planned attack on your company, its a fact that you have problem with reputation in our country.

Ordered Parktronics and Dash cam with installation. After getting a car back. I fund out, when a back Camera was installed the plastic which holds the rubber tube to the trunk was broken. I did report it. The answer I receive from the owner was "It is not the new car what you want!" So part was not replaced. In less than a year dash cam killed my battery 2 times. The camera did not shut off as it was suppose to do. When I asked to replace a cam. I was told "I don’t have same one right now. It is an old model we are looking to get new Dash cams'". End up removing in completely as i don't like to find my car in the morning with the dead battery. Other Problem was with Parktronics. They stopped working on revere. So I did bring in the car first time and there was something done. It did help for a day or so. Problem did come back. So I did take the car back to them to see what was the problem. I was told it will be done in hour or so. To my surprise when I did come back I was told it is not warranty problem and unit was replaced without my knowledge and now I need to pay 80 Euros witch I did decline. At this moment the owner told me i am in the black list and i can do what ever i want a don't try to come back of any warranty. Next day I did take same unit to distribution company where I was informed it is not the first time happening with this compony and it is a common problem on the unit. I hope my Review will help some one. PS. If needed can provide invoice and email conversation including pictures. PSS. After Receiving comment that "I am not a costumer" i added Photos. 9/19/20 Дорогие Mugav Auto. С моей точки зрения время решит проблему было пре достаточно но не кто не рвался её решать. Этот отзыв это моё личное мнение о том как я получил услугу и какое было со мной общение. Я не веду не какой травли вашей компании и тем боли владельца лично. Смысла в этом нет. То что было сделано уже сделано. Единственный раз я обратился к нему на FB с вопросом почему под отзывом было написано что я не клиент. Если он считает это травлю то я приношу свой извинения. Насчёт что я что-то где-то публикую. Я публикую своё личное мнение. Да оно может кому-то не нравиться. Но у меня осталось именно такое после получения услуги
