Got a nice haircut done by a student

Great service and quality!

Booked German the first time and everything was great. He told me I could get the same haircut from a student for €5, but I like consistency. The second time I booked him again but he was running late and they suggested a student do it instead. It’s a simple blended buzz cut, hard to screw up, so I agreed. She insisted on cutting the top with scissors instead, even though I kept complaining it was too long. They charged me €15 because she used scissors. I went to M Room to get it fixed immediately after. If I could get what I actually want without the hassle and absurd overcharge I might consider returning, but there are easier alternatives. Edit: this was at the end of June. At the end of May I was told I could have a student do it for €5, but it’s quite possible the pricing did change in the meantime. I’m sure it could have been fixed there, but when I say I want it done with the machine twice and both times she insists on doing it with scissors instead I don’t think I’m the one at fault for the situation.

Visited 13.11.19 around 17.30 Student was very calm even tough my wishes was not so easy to achive. Student mentor ideas were helpful for me to achive the endresult that would satisfy my needs. Will visit Kutz defenietly again!
