When buying a ticket the seat layout does not match reality. When selecting the last row of seats you are actually setting yourself up for 4 and a half hours (assuming Tallinn-Riga line) of avoiding eye contact with a stranger across a table. Ecolines happily cashes in full price of the ticket despite these seats lacking entertainment screens and basic privacy that was promised. Plus there is nowhere to put your carry-on, unless it's 5cm (2" in freedom units) thick. Also, the glass breaking hammer fell off the wall and hit me on the head.

Worst customer service ever. Staffs are treating customers like enemies.. Drivers are driving too dangerous... Never use Ecolines if you do not have other choice. (Honest review)

Bad customer service, dirty bus seats and charging 20 eur for extra luggage.

Very modern and comfortable buses, friendly and helpful staff I was in a euro trip and was going to stay in Estonia for just 2 days, as the bus arrived I went off and forgot my bag under my seat and remembered it just after the bus moved. Lucky found a member from ecolines company in the station she was super nice, friendly and helpful, she tried to help and took bus and bag details, she made a call and came back to me telling me that the bus driver found it and he will come back with it after 2 hrs so whether I want to leave and come back again or to wait it's up to me

Terrible experience. They could use some English considering they operate international routes and within Europe. Lacking communication even in Russian. Also the bus stops in the middle of nowhere to allow drivers to have a smoke instead of stopping at a service station where the stop would be of use also for non smokers. A joke of a company. Next time I will go with Lux express.
