I highly recommend visiting. You can and should take your children with you, they will also be interested. There is its own stellarium, where excursions are conducted, there is even a real meteorite that you can touch. Educational interesting programs for children are held. In the dark and with a clear sky, you can look into the telescope with your own eyes.

Tõravere, Nõo, Tartumaa, 58.265669, 26.465936 58 ° 15 '56.41 ", 26 ° 27' 57.37 Tartu Observatory (Est. Tartu Observatoorium) is the largest astronomical observatory in Estonia, founded in 1810 in the city of Tartu, Tartu County, Estonia. In 1964, due to the increase in urban exposure, the observatory moved to a more suitable place for observation: in the village of Tyravere (20 km southwest of Tartu). At different times, the observatory had different names: “Derpt Observatory” (1810–1893), “Yuryev Observatory” (1893–1919), “Tartu Astronomical Observatory” (1919–1964), and “Tartu Astrophysical Observatory named after V. Ya. Struve, Academy of Sciences of the Estonian SSR "(1964-1995) and the" Tartu Observatory "(since 1995).
