Best place ever for having a delicious cake - trust my I am very picky for cakes. Offer that they have there is always amazing. I also have been eating two wedding cakes made by Phvet and both were amazing! One of the wedding cakes was mine and it was made exactly how I wanted + it was sooo delicious. Best cake place in Tartu for sure!!!
