The only place in the whole of Estonia where public drinking is allowed by the law. Popular in the ranks of students and metalheads alike. Recently renovated with a free public toilet.

Good place to have a drink and relax

Its actually the only public place that you are allowed to drink alcohol. Majority of the ppl there are very friendly and open for conversations, but like allways, some can be just too dru k. Hehe. I love it in the summer. Cold beer and chill
