The year of foundation of Karlova Manor (German: Karlowa) is considered to be 1793, when it was separated from Tähtvere Manor. According to the historical distribution of the manor belonged to the Tartu Mariinsky parish. In the XIX century Karlova Manor was thoroughly rebuilt. In 1919, the manor was alienated from the owners. Nowadays, a new part of the building has been renovated, as well as restoration of the missing design elements in the 20th century.
