Chemicum of the University of Tartu is an example of public architecture in the zero boom period: glass, wasteful and gray inside. With zero-energy buildings or a comfortable indoor climate, a new house is still a new house. When visiting the building ten years later, it is worth asking yourself if such logic is true.

Good food

A decent new house and lots of options
