There is a sign on the highway that there is a car wash. But when I drove there, I did not find it. I don't know Estonian. And there is no sign that there is a car wash. I asked the man where the sink was, he generally said that it was not there. Something like this. Turned around and left.

I contacted them with concerns about consumer protection. You would have had a letter from them that would confirm that, yes, this car has a carbon black filter removed and thus this car is not subject to inspection. Instead of answering the matter, they were not interested in dealing with it. I'm not interested in reviewing them anymore. But they probably do not care because they are not interested in earning money. Very bad and unpleasant experience.
