Veltsi Manor became independent in 1709 when it was separated from the lands of Neeruti Manor. At the beginning of the 20th century, the manor belonged to the von Dehnov family. The two-story manor house of brick was built at the turn of the 19-20 centuries. Flat roofs and arched windows indicate a Neo-Renaissance style. During the construction of the manor house, other secondary buildings of red brick and rubble stone were built at the manor.
