At that time, the owner of the manor was Hans Corps; it was from his name that the manor got its German name. The one-storey wooden manor house was built in 1820, this manor house was one of the most stylish wooden houses of the classicism era. In the central part of the façade there is a portico with four columns, where there was a triangular pediment. Both the pediment and the hinged cornice are decorated with scalloped carvings. The barn and the carriage were not located in front of the manor house, as in typical estates, but in the back of the house. Both buildings had doors in the style of the classicism era, and the front of the buildings is decorated with six columns. Of the later buildings, the most important is the vodka factory located on the eastern edge of the manor complex. The manor's house has been preserved in a rather poor condition: the house has lost two outer columns of the portico. The barn and the carriage stable have survived, but in a dilapidated state, the carriage stable has lost its portico with columns. Today the manor complex is privately owned.
