Half the running tracks are restricted due to commercial banners and chains. The grass seems to be maintained properly in the summer. There's also one dry toilet in the area. Seating in form of plastic chairs is available, however it has no roof in case of rain or intense sunlight. Nice and quiet place, away from the city noise. In order to be a 5 star stadium, it would need a utility building with water closets, changing and washing rooms. All of the running tracks should be available and the commercial banners should be on the grass, not the tracks. These shortcomings retract one star each.

It is well maintained and have sporting activities at weekends.
