A nostalgic, simple small-town restaurant-café with a very affordable selection of food. Pay at the counter, clean up after yourself type of place. Service comes with a big smile. Big meals with a side salad, free bread or black bread on the side. Side dish usually potatoes or buckwheat. I chose the chicken wrapped in bacon with buckwheat on the side. The meal was well-balanced. It wasn't over-salted nor too fatty though quite cream and cheese heavy (not for lactose intolerant people). Some of the dishes are beyond cheap - just 60 cents for the semla bun! Many seal-themed interior design elements (viiger = ringed seal). Very popular with locals and school children around lunch time (queues!). Newly-paved parking lot. Opens very early. They also cater for some events such as wakes. NB! You can only pay in cash (ATM is just a few minutes walk away)
