Interesting place. Amazing, but also looks not supervised and collapsing. Looks like there was some genius who all build, but now somebody else takes care, more accurate does not take care, only takes money. So place is slowly collapsing.

Careless and rude behavior! They allowed an unpredictable and large dog to roam freely outside the attraction (we were in the far parking lot) without a muzzle. When we got out of the car with our small, calm, leashed dog (Shetland Sheepdog), the large dog was already at the car door. We moved further with our dog because the situation seemed suspicious. The dog kept following us. When we got to the "police" car, the dog came by again and started growling again. The dog then attacked and shook our dog between his teeth until we managed to catch the dog and pry open its jaws. The owner's behavior after the incident was incredibly rude, ignorant and indifferent. There is only one small sign right at the gates but that’s it. There are no signs upon entry saying that dogs aren’t allowed! When we went to speak to the owner then he said “he had better things to do than look after his dog and deal with the attack”. Such behavior is completely and utterly unacceptable for the owner/manager of a tourist site!

It's pretty crazy what this guy has created there! Not just the tower, all the other buildings and stuff, too. Good example what an engineer-minded person is capable of. Worth to see! That was a highlight of my Hiiumaa trip. 2 euros for everything is really nothing.

Very nice place, amusing for us grown ups so I would say it sure is also for kids. Definitely worth of seeing it. And entrance is super cheap
