Good price and decent work.
An unexpectedly pleasant experience on the road outside the city. The customer service is super and the work is done quickly and carefully. Even some of the city's larger workshops do not have such a cozy and hospitable waiting room.
I turned to my car for repairs to correct the faults found during the roadworthiness test. The main concern was with the handbrake, which did not work well enough. Minor work such as changing the bulb, twisting the seat belt was done, but it was said that they could not repair the handbrake, it is necessary to order some pieces .. (change the cables, etc.). The car was also inspected and a long list of things needed to be fixed was found. I asked how much it would all cost .. I got almost 500eur. I turned to another car repair shop and had already bought all the necessary pieces .. the repairman started working and discovered that it was only necessary to turn the nut to fix the handbrake (about 15 minutes of work) .. the repairer wondered why I had these new pieces ordered at all when they were all healthy and in working order ... So I was faced with a nice big question, why couldn't the handbrake be fixed, which only took the repairer 15 minutes and why they needed to give me a long list of broken parts when they were also in good working order ..? Did I really just want to make money? My first visit to Viru Auto took 3 hours ... and if I had gone back to them, I would have had my car exchanged for pieces that worked and lost another 500 euros ?. I also didn't get an invoice for the work done, although I asked .. they said they wouldn't give me anything .. ?? In any case, after this negative experience, this car repair does not seem to be a reliable place!
Of the 4 bushings provided with the car, 2 were left unchanged,
lied that it was put "inside the tube, it doesn't look out"
and going back to ask that according to the code they could not go into the Pipe, they were found in Laos. 10h 300eur work
Not recommended for anyone. The repair shop cannot actually repair cars. Tried to eliminate the error where it did not exist, cannot read the diagnostic results. I got help from another workshop who identified the cause of the actual error and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable amount of money. If you want poor service, incompetent work, then Viru Auto can do it.
