The Uue-Harmi estate was separated from the Van-Harmi estate in 1646. The first owners of the estate were Lody. At the end of the 17th century, for a short time, the estate belonged to the Zoegs and von Wrangel. After the end of the Northern War, in 1710, Berend Otto von Taube became the owner of the estate. In 1743, the estate was acquired by Otto Reinhold von Manteuffel. The manor was in the hands of Zoeg von Manteuff for 50 years. The central part of the manor acquired a representative appearance in the early 19th century, when the manor was in the hands of Peter Zoeg von Manteuffel, the manor was rebuilt in the style of the classicism era. At the same time, a one-story stone manor house was built on the manor. The facade of the house was decorated with two prominent forward circular circular thick tower outbuildings. On the right side of the building is the date 1809, as well as the name of Peter Zoeg von Manteuff. On the other side of the site are the barn and the stable-carriage, which were located symmetrically in relation to the manor house. Between the barn and the stable-carriage there was a short straight road that leads to the central part of the house. Both of the above buildings had a portal in the style of the classicism era, which consisted of an arched opening and paired columns and a triangular pediment. The remaining secondary buildings were located in the western part of the manor house. In 1882, Paulin von Meidel became the owner of the estate, from whose hands, in 1885, the estate fell into the hands of Elizabeth von Gippius. In 1911, the owner of the estate was Natalie von Hoynigen-Huyen (former owner of the estate Van Warmi), in 1919 the estate was nationalized. After the end of the period of nationalization, the school moved to the manor house. In 1932, in the interests of the school, the manor's house was rebuilt beyond recognition, the octagonal towers were demolished, a new wide gable roof appeared at the building. Harmi's main school has been operating in the building right up to the present day; in the second half of the 20th century, an extension appeared on the right side of the building. In the 1920s, the barn and the horse-drawn stable were taken over by various people, who, in turn, rebuilt the buildings beyond recognition. Both buildings lost their beautiful porticos.
