Poruni trail

Definitely need longer boots to reach the very end of the hiking trail. Water level was quite high. On a Friday there were no other people.

With nice weather 10km walk is pleasant and enjoyable. Treat waits you at halfway when the Porun river meets Narva river. 330kV power lines crosses the river and contrast between nature and technology is considerable.

The entrance is completely ingrown and everything has been forgotten, there is no point in entering without rubbers and long clothes. The forest road is also quite driveway. RMK does not take care of this place, the money saved is paid dullly as dividends.

Superb trail with few people. Many beaver tracks.
