Very helpfull and English speaking guy

I waited 10 minutes next to the counter to be served when the shop was empty, they saw I was there looking for help but nobody came to help me. I tried reaching out to the staff but one woman sitting on the computer said she was busy and the other guy said he could not serve me because he was busy. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Never coming back again

I bought a fat bike from their online store, however, it was already out of stock when they sold it to me. Bummer, but not a big deal nonetheless. They quickly ordered a replacement and delivered it to me in a week or so. They always kept me updated on the delivery. Jürgen from Al Mare Hawaii was especially very helpful (spoke English) and provided all the assistance i needed. Recommended.

One of the most handy shop in Tallinn for cyclists, but unfortunately it will be closed for reconstruction from the next week.
