Nice place to stop for a coffee and pastry.

Time must have stopped in this place 30 years ago. The dinery is a room deep inside an old house, to get there you have to pass through a long and dark hallway. An old bulky TV set is playing in one end of the room, and a portable music box from the last century is blasting some radio tunes in the other. There's a funky smell in the air. The server and chef in one person is an older looking Russian man ("muzhik") who speaks and understands very little Estonian. Behind the counter you can peek through the door into the very tiny "kitchen" where dishes are prepared, after the man takes an order from you. Preparing the food here means heating it up in a microwave oven. I ordered a fish fillet, but got something entirely different that had no fish in it. Returned it and got my money back. The only positive aspect of this dinery are very low prices. That, plus maybe a shock value, if you are into this kind of thing.

Delicious, satisfying and cheap!

Can just be full of stomach. No great tasting experience is worth the wait.
