This is the most unprofessional service I had to deal with in a long time! I placed an order few days in advance - flowers and gurmee biscuits for my mum on her birthday as a small surprise. Upon delivery the currier informed my mum that he only brought the flowers and forgot the rest but will deliver the remainder the next day. I believe I should have been contacted by the currier/company once the mistake became apparent. Instead I had to find out about it directly from the recipient! Or the currier should have delivered the flowers without providing additional information, then contact me directly or via their customer service, explain the situation and offer a refund for the biscuits. Not only the company did not contact me themselves and provide explanations/apologies for the inconveniences caused, they have not responded to my email either!!! Two working days later I still have not heard a word! It is unacceptable and disrespectful towards me as a client but especially towards my mum as a consumer. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

I live in Brussels and I sent my colleagues in tallin flowers recently and i was extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the rapid delivery.

Definetly positive experience. Made an order for my girlfriend and most importantly, resulting quality of floristics was really high. Also the helpfulness of customer support here in Estonia left nothing to be desired.

awful experience! They took money, forgot about my order for 4 days! I wrote them a few emails, finally got the refund but not even offered any excuse or compensation, never ever please order with them , they are the worst office in EU
