Olga was the stylist who quietly and efficiently went about her task. She was most meticulous and I am thrilled with the transformation. I have a busy travel schedule ahead of me and was hesitant to get my hair cut in an untried place in Estonia but did not need to be. A busy day before the new year comes and they are open for service. My first haircut in Estonia and I am very satisfied. I wanted a haircut to welcome the new year ahead of me. A fresh cut for a fresh start is my way of ending the year and welcoming another year. This would not be possible without the hands of the hairdresser and I am happy that I got a perfect one in Maribell ❤️ Thank you for making my year end beautifully ❤️

Hard hairwash and bad service - you should be able to relax instead of feeling pain due the lady was in the bad mood - someone else didnot show up at the salon and she had to do her job. Price was not what I ecpected and estimated in the beginning - it was much higher - you get yr hair cut and colour cheaper in Finland with more friendly attitude. It was the last time in Estonia I prefer Finland and more service minded personal.

The colour ist didn't know what she was doing, when coloring blonde hair back to brown. I did tell her that I am afraid it will turn green (like it usually does, if red pigment is not present) and I paid a little over 80 EUR for hair that wasn't anywhere near brown and had a green tinge to it

I went there to get my hair dye done. Worst experience ever! Very rude staff! I said clearly that I want a nice dark brown colour all over my hair something that won't look very unnatural with my natural colour hair which is black. Well firstly a hairdresser should know about the pigmentation of your hair that when they are black and you wanna slightly bright them up that could get a red colour if you won't use the right colour pigments! As you can imagine I got my hair a horrible reddish colour which wasn't even matching with my skin colour!! And secondly they coloured the upper half of my head only which had a result to be the half up red and half down black!!! Like a bloody carnival mascot!!!! The hairdresser was so grumpy and angry when I started freaking out and she had to colour again the other half!!! She was brushing my hair down so violently and hursh that I had pain at my scalp even 3 days after!!!! And after all this they had the very big nerve to charge me as normal even for the second hand of colour they had to use for their mistake!!! Not even a apology small discount!!! Great customer service! Don't go there ladies!!! It's the worst I've ever seen!!!
