Documents were issued by one service provider, computer systems were not working. It took approximately 45 minutes to issue the documents.

The slowest service ever. Kontorimendid is räiged windings and turtles are also those with faster movements.

A terrible place, the workers are hackneyed and disgusting cattle, who apparently are not taken anywhere else. The policemen themselves have a thirst to give you something that doesn't belong to you when you can't see. I myself personally caught them on such an attempt. The phone is taken away and not allowed to film their actions. And generally they do what they want. I advise everyone to immediately call a lawyer when meeting with them, do not even enter into a simple dialogue with them at all, if representatives of this site cling to you. ...
