No customer service at all. I tried to write them but I didn’t get any reply. My package has been stuck in Eksport for a while now. This is not what I expected from Estonia’s mail service. Considering Estonia is one of the first countries going full digital some futuristic ideas come to your mind. At least, they got really take their time to fix the mail service to make it a little decent. That gotta be a priority.

The most awful service from state-owned company. Do not ever use their services if possible. There are more customer friendly services in Estonia.

The worst example of the state monopoly. Customers are treated like cattle at the back of a loading dock.

c'mon guys stop complaining , this is what government service looks like, stop voting for socialism and all will be fixed

Incredibly incompetent! 1st: papers informing that there's a parcel to be picked up are just not delivered on timely manner to your home. By the time they arrive you have only one or two days to pick up the parcel. 2nd the post office opens at 10am, closes at 19pm and is closed the entire weekend. Result: if you work in a store or service provider you cannot pick up your own parcel. Delays in delivery are about 1 or 2 weeks. In Xmas period count on the fact they might deliver your parcel with 1 month delay.
