Tallinn Traveller Tours IS the best and most entertaining way to travel from Tallinn to Riga on one of their minivan guided tours. In July, a motley group of American Estonian-Americans who had participated in Laulupidu 2019 were passengers. We travelled from Tallinn to Viljandis Castle Hill, Valga, Cesis, and finally Riga. A tour guide literally makes or breaks a tour like this, and our your guide Grigor made this tour a success. He knew so much about the history of each location. Indeed, he had studied history. He drove very safely, allowed alot of time at each location, picked us up and dropped us off at the agreed upon locations.
