Traditional Alsace flammkuchen or mini gourmet pizzas in an impressive setting. Good choice of wines and friendly service. I'm a repeat customer now.

The food and atmosphere are alright- BUT- the pizza chef is a militant, controlling nightmare. The hostess shuddered when I went to order a pizza- because in this place, we don’t call it “pizza” (that’s insulting), we call it Flamm. I’m a tall woman sitting on a small stool and the pizza man asked the waitress to tell me to not rest my feet on the stool next to me. Apparently there’s a high standard or decorum in this pizza place, despite sitting on a 12” hard stool. Pizza here is alright, but not worth being around a militant chef who’s clearly terrifying to both his staff and the guests. He should cook in the back where the guests don’t trigger him as much and we can enjoy our meal without being told what to say and do.

One of the best pizzas I have ever tried! Mine was with goat cheese, asparagus and honey, and it was so tasty 😍 The dough is reaaaaally thin, which makes this meal even better! The atmosphere is also really nice. Highly recommended :)
