I placed an order (2 pcs 225/45 / R19) 11.10.2020, 12.10.2020 I received an e-mail in which sales consultant Janno Hiller announced that the tires were out of stock. I answered him the same day and asked them to let me know when the tires would be back in storage. Nobody answered the e-mail, and on 19.10.2020 I decided to call the Reff.ee office. The reff.ee employee answered the call, saying that the information said earlier is not true, and in fact they have the tires and they will send me ASAP when I transfer the money to them. The money had been sent nicely on the basis of their invoice, but on 19.10.2020 I was called again and informed that they still ran out of tires. Based on the website, the tires are ales. It is NOT recommended to contact this company to save time and nerves.
