Awful organization of New Year's excursion for children. The declared program does not correspond at all to what it was in fact. The master class was not organized, there were not enough seats, we had to carry the chairs ourselves. The hall, which supposedly has a fresh renovation, was decorated only with a Christmas tree, there were no other themed New Year decorations. The game of the Snow Maiden leaves much to be desired, the program is made up of 3 games that were boring. Santa Claus, he is a dwarf, was the only one trying to pull this performance out. In fact, there was a disgusting feeling from the crumpledness of the entertainment program and the complete absence of the main idea of ​​the script. We filed a complaint with the company, began to give false information about how we supposedly praised this event from the words of the Snow Maiden guide. They forgot to warn about the need for replacement shoes, children crawled on the floor, on which everyone walked in street shoes. The price for the tour is clearly overpriced, the quality of the organization is terrible. It is a pity for the child who, under quarantine conditions, could not enjoy at least one New Year's event. I sincerely wish the director to hear the claims of buyers / clients and to correct / improve the quality of the services provided.

OleLukole, for a paltry 60 euros, stole my child's New Years party. If I had known in advance, I would have bypassed it. The quality of the event is unacceptably low. They answer insolently, they do not want to return the money (in the style of "the fool himself"). If I knew, I would not waste my nerves and time as well as the child.
