Pointless authority for its own opening hours. If you have to drive 13km from the village to pick up a parcel or letter, then people who work in Pärnu do not have the opportunity to arrive there in time. On Saturdays, too ... Rather, keep some days off during the week and stay open less, but also properly and longer.
