7.5km long trail Simisalu-Matsimäe route. At first the field is then a bushy field and then a bog in between.

Footpath through the swamp from Simisalu to Matimei. Simisalu is the Matimaeus nature trail, marked by 7.5 km long boards. It follows the old farm road. Part of it is a former swamp bridge filled with swarms. The Kollasaari still has a farm shed and well, the last inhabitants of which remained here in the 1960s. Tourists leave their food here and can use the food left behind. Definitely one of the most beautiful places in Estonia, where you can almost touch the nature !!!)))

Very nice and peaceful runway, with a decent repaired boardwalk. Plenty of quicksand can be found and abundant vegetation. There is also a gazebo. One of the most favorite bog trails for sure! Especially in morning fog ..
