The very arrogant Russian woman was at the checkout since I first sent the package and would have needed a little help then made her all in front of the scene and caused embarrassment. Very rude, if you can't be a customer service representative then quit your job!

One employee during the Christmas period. It is very ok to wait an hour for the order!

Fast and polite service.

I arrived at Järve Center post office. There were at least three employees at the back of the drawer, who were in office with their other activities. No other client left me in the service room. I issued my ticket number and I assumed that my serial number will flash on the screen, but take a finger. I did not seem to have any interest to anyone. I watched the clock and it took a whole four minutes before the customer service officer sent my ticket number to the table and got my belongings. This is not a normal customer service. Expect to be in a queue when people arrive before me, not in an empty hall. Direct customer service must be a priority, and not so "I complete my other stuff before, let the customer wait."
