A wonderful place, an atmospheric second-hand bookstore with many rare and even archaic things. The owner, Denis, is an interesting person, very educated, creative, amazing conversationalist. I recommend everyone to drop by at least for a look!

A cozy place in the very center of Old Tallinn, right behind the Town Hall pharmacy and garlic restaurant Balthazar. If you go through a narrow passage to the left of the pharmacy (called Saiakang - Bakery) and turn right under the arch covered with ivy, you will get to the terrace of the above-mentioned restaurant, which is lined with tables. To the left of the tables and the door to the gallery. Gallery owner Denis is friendly and smiling. He speaks Russian, Estonian and English. Philologist and bookseller with experience. And the traveler - directly bombarded us with our stories. The interlocutor - that is necessary. Suggested tea :) The gallery has opened quite recently and is still in a state of relocation, but many books are already located on the shelves. According to Denis, a huge part of his collection is still in stock, but if necessary, you can place an order (personally, by phone or email) and he will certainly find what he wants and bring you. Many books are very old and valuable, but there are also books from the Soviet past. Art, in painting and art, in different languages. On the walls hang pictures that you can buy. And more importantly: young artists have the opportunity to exhibit their works! In general, the owner is very open to all sorts of cooperation in this area. Tip: if you came to the door of the gallery, and it is closed, call the phone number listed in the information. This means that the owner is somewhere near and will come soon; but in order not to wait, it is better to inform about yourself and the desire to visit the gallery. And even better - to agree a little bit in advance. However, we were lucky and the doors were hospitably open just at the time when we wandered there. Bottom line: talked, bought books. Gone with a smile on his lips. And I think we'll go back there)
