Retroteek Baar, Karaoke

A bit price but a well built karaoke place. Always has some people in there and crowded on the weekends. Food is regular pub food and the sound is regular karaoke sound. The choice of songs is plentiful and has a range from modern hits to classics. There is also a possibility to safely charge your smart device in a secure locker.

You can use your phone to order the next song, which was convenient, but the bar staff was high strung and very clearly wanted us out, a bit of a soviet "waiter is the boss, the client can go f himself" vibe, which is a shame. I mean, if well behaved sober folk attended karaoke exclusively I'm sure everyone's life would have been somewhat different. Alas, you're in the wrong profession pal, if you're asking me "not to scream" while I'm trying to order my beer over the sound of my mate belting out "Turn Around". Time to change your barmen, Retroteek. Your staff is your weakest link.

Very cosy karaoke bar. I had so much fun singing and listening others sing. Most singers actually knew how ro sing which was quite a surprise. The staff was welcoming and the place was like I imagine one karaoke bar being.
