Just received the item I ordered, in perfect condition, perfect packaging. I feel very satisfied with the shop, as I finally found a rare item and in very good price. I will surely suggest this shop to my friends in Greece

The mechanics are good and cool guys. But the person (around 43 y.o.?) admitting new jobs and doing payments is rude, annoyed and seem like hates his job! I didn't feel welcome. Teach him (at least) smile, saying "hello"? Otherwise the shop seems good!

Stay away from this company. By far the worst customer service that I have ever received. The employees have zero co-operation with each other. One employee writes one kind of information and a couple days later another employee writes totally opposite kind of information now even knowing that another employee has already given the opposite kind of information, leaving customers baffled about what in going on with their orders. Let's see if I will ever get the product that I ordered...

Good quality with a big selection of different types of bicycles. Very helpful and friendly personnel! All sorts of accessories also. Whatever you need, they have it.
