I recommend to avoid this place at any cost. Do not even try to give this incompetent woman a second chance, because you will regret it. Dear owner, you should learn one small rule: customer is always right, at least they have the same rights to park their e-scoters on the opposite side of the road. You are not the owner of district, insofar you should not manage the placement of e-scoters on the road. Furthermore, I would recommend you to provide the parking place for you customers. And in any case you should not lie in a face of customer, just be polite and helpful only in this case you will be successful businesswoman. Update: In addition to your answer. You have proved that you are not mature and incompetent organization. The only person that was shouting was the owner of this shop/organization. I even gave a second chance to the shouting-lady (I have parked my scoter far away from shop and returned). But due to her wrong beliefs, she told that she can not provide the bikes to US. Nowadays, we have no dominant nation and we all are equal in our rights, and Ukrainians, undoubtedly, have the same rights to rent the bike, that is the fact. We decided to rent a bike in this company because recommendation of our friend. Reviews were also good. But it seems that quality was much better before, because my experience is really bad. You can't trust these people because they lie and you should be really careful with this company. If you want to spend time and to be in good mood it's better to forget about this company.
