Worst online shop ever! I ordered something from the website, 2 weeks ago with a value of 200 euros. They canceled the order after 3 days and said they don't have the item available. In their cancellation email, they promised to refund in 1-5 days. But, after almost 2 weeks and calling them several times, they have not paid the money back!!!! Update: They refund the money, after 2 weeks.

This is the worst online store across entire Estonia. Please, don't buy any kind of goods here! The service is awful. No phone number, no feedback, no delivery tracking. I'm waiting my order for 3 weeks and can't neither get it nor cancel it.

If the store is still positioning itself online, then a priori the indication "in stock" must correspond to reality. As it turned out, not everything is so cloudless. Got a phone call. They said they had just "gone to someone else." I suppose that this is either an outright lie, in order to hide the fact that these phones were not available at the time of payment for the order, or the sluggishness of the workers: I paid for the order at night, in the letter a notification of the lack of goods came at 20.00 the next evening. That is, after almost 24 hours I am informed that there is no phone !!! The telephone in ours is really a basic necessity, and if it is faulty, then life stops without it. I am very sorry that I came here. More - not a foot, which I regret to everyone. Some things may be cheaper, but throwing money back and forth, correspondence - all this takes time and effort.

I ordered a washing machine on December 29, they brought it in on December 31 in the morning🙂. Very polite staff, answers quickly to questions! In honor of the holiday, I received a bonus, free home delivery! I highly recommend this store!

Everything is fast and accurate. I ordered a TV on 12/28, received on 12/30. Prices are lower than those of competitors. Great store, I recommend!
