Simple hairdresser right in town. Don't look for anything fancy here like in some other hipster salons, but it's cheap and fast. You can almost always find a place without an appointment. Though you better be speaking estonian or russian.

Part of a chain, basically the Estonian Supercuts. If you just need a quick haircut, this is the place. Quite cheap and can usually fit you in the same day.
