Wonderful customer service. Got my package with zero waiting time, the lady at the desk was very polite and explained to me what different fields I had to fill/sign, in great English! The shopping centre also looks beautiful.

Whenever You think You'll go there (after work, weekend) it's probably closed :D good luck picking up Your parcel :)))

Crammed. During corona massively reduced hours contribute to even more corona. Thank you omniva for contributing to even more crowdedness. Also nobody in the company cares to update their business hours.

I am very disappointed to find out about change of Saturday schedule from 16 to 15, looking at closed door when I came for my package. First was closing the nearest branch and now this. Not cool at all. Could at least notify customers from this area! Additionally, workers judge me by my name and start speaking to me russian what I do NOT appreciate, why they cant speak default Estonian or at least ask?
