The long queues don't seem to be a thing anymore

I sent a package to my Australian friend, to a post office in Australia. They charged me 20€ for it. I waited for 4 months and then got a letter saying I have a package from Australia. I went to get it and it was my own package. They told me that "Nobody went to receive it" even though my friend told me he had been checking for it's arrival every week. I'm very disappointed and will not be using this service again, if possible. It's awful. I'd give it 0 stars if possible.

The postal service they provide is really becoming better and better -- actually they improved the overall service over the last few months. Up on a request they transferred the package and excused for the mistake they made. Regarding the waiting queues -- I'm lucky enough. Omniva, keep on getting better!

Wrong opening times on Google - You are not open on Friday until 8PM!

Seriously overloaded post station as many busy districts deliveries seem to be diverted there. The service is fine, just they have overloaded the station with much more they can serve- waiting time ca 30min should not be the case on year 2019. Scale up or ease the load, dear Omniva!
