Rieker - Solaris

I bought rieker shoes in the store, after two weeks it fell apart. The consultant offered to write a statement and wait two weeks (examination). Two weeks later they called and said that the shoes were glued. They returned it back in the same condition. The consultant told us to take our shoes and leave. She refused to solve the problem, and when asked to give the director's or expert's number she refused. We decided to return the money after I made it clear that I was not going to leave with defective shoes and I was not going to wait another two weeks for repairs. (I bought rieker shoes before and wore them for over five years.)
