The place of the guide met a piece of paper with the phone number on the first excursion. They forgot about us only after an hour and a half. sick, (although the whole hotel knew it) no travel and no money. This is the compensation that came out for 2 days without light and water to the very ottele and the place of claims is not, but the representative of the company’s tour proto zero
