I bought a battery warranty of 2 years. A year later, the battery began to fail. I had to charge, sat down again a month later. With the car, everything is fine. I checked the battery with a battery tester. The test showed that SOH is 68%. This is the type of battery life cycle. With SOH less than 75%, the battery changes. I gave it under warranty to the store. 1.5 months have passed. Verdict: withdrawn from warranty. Reason: the battery is discharged to 12.3 V. This is complete nonsense! 12.3V is a low but normal charge. I specifically did not charge the battery. The currents did not check at all !. I will contact the consumer protection department. I don’t advise anyone to buy anything in this store. This is not the first time that this store for various reasons refuses to change defective goods or goods that are not suitable.
