This place is an absolute joke and worst customer experience in Estonia, I booked an 8am cut, I came at 810am and was told hair stylist doesn't have time. If you want to waste your time and and get treated like gabage then this is the place for you. I would give 0 stars but don't see that option.
I haven't visited mall Salon+-s for years, but stumbled upon Pardur and liked it.
First good point - it's not in a shopping mall, but is centrally located and easy to get to. They've gone extra lengths to make it look like a man's hairdresser - shipping container walls as separators, old bearing crates made into mirror frames, etc.
Mr Sergei who cut my hair was a good communicator, made recommendations about the haircut and hair products, the result was very good.
Price was not cheap, but at the same level with "stylist" in Duglas and for a comparative result, the experience in Pardur is better - less "shopping-mall".
Overall - would recommend.
Cool atmosphere and good vibe. I've had different hair stylists and all of them were excellent. I used to go to a 12€ cheap men's hairdresser, but stopped going there, because the hair massage and experience here is worth every euro.
