Unable to indicate a precise appointment time although I insisted that I was in a rush. Made me wait 15 minutes. The girl who did my hair could not understand that I do not use measures in centimeters (not the custom in France and many other European countries). I said that I wanted them short, but that she had to go progressively, so that I might tell her if the haircut was short enough. She took the razor and got rid of..almost all my hair. Now I look like a Zek just released from the Gulag. Could not wait to leave the damned place.The only good thing is the price, which is reasonable: 12 euros. Happy Christmas to me!

Good barber and hairdresser. AFAIK the place doesn't take reservations, but once arrived you can easily check the waiting time on their self-service system, select the haircut you need and book the next free spot. Free Wi-Fi and coffee are offered during the waiting time.

I had a haircut there first time yesterday by Sofia. She asked how i would like and she looked agreed but at the end did how she wanted. She was harsh while cutting and grooming and responded in a rude, arrogant way when I mentioned this. She can quit her job if she is not happy. I wanted to stay and argue more but I was in a hurry. Just stay away of her if you want a decent haircut.
