We rented a caravan for 2 nights and drove to Lake Võrtsjärv to rest. Otherwise it was a very nice thing, but I can't help but ignore the fact that we had a conflict with the tenant when we took the cottage back. Keep in mind that these are ~ 25 years old machines, the condition of which is not the most commendable. We had a situation where, after briefing and handover, we reached our destination and the sunroof was missing. We hadn't touched the machine in the meantime, and either the hatch was left a little open during the briefing or it was just old and worn plastic, but we wanted to keep an amount from our deposit for a lost hatch that we hadn't even physically touched. After contacting the Consumer Protection Board and a dispute lasting several hours, we still got the amount back and we want to thank the tenant for that, but the general experience is still spoiled for us.
