Compared to refueling on Tallinn sh. there is a feeling that they don’t top up here. It is difficult to prove anything, because I didn’t take measurements on purpose. My wife refueled the car by ~ 65 liters, with the tank not completely empty. However, the capacity of the fuel tank is 60 liters. and there is no doubt about it, more than once checked at other gas stations. The new payment system discourages the use of Neste gas stations!
