Wonderful place to finde something new and not common in Baltic States.

I'm not really sure why this is so highly rated but the location is really not that great. there is a huge stone mine next to it that kind of distracts a little, so even the walk there is boring. Not worth the drive.

I recommend starting the hiking trail on the Pakri Peninsula from the Muula Mountains, or Peeter the Great's Sea Fortress Bastion. From a bird's eye view it can be seen that the bastion is pentagonal, it is not noticeable from the landscape, because it is very large, ie the picture. From there, moving along the coast towards the top of the peninsula, after about 3 km you will reach the limestone bank of Uugla, from where you can go down the stairs to the sea and explore the limestone bank from below. The braver ones (this is dangerous due to collapsing rocks) can cross the same path under the limestone bank. This is interesting because there are quite a few fossils in the range for the attentive eye. The limestone bank of Uugla itself is worth a visit and the stairs can be reached by car if necessary. Moving on from there, the trail leads along the edge of the cliff towards the top of the peninsula. The trail should be crossed very carefully, as it runs along the edge of the cliff, which in some places is up to 25 meters high. A nervous breakdown is guaranteed, but so are the views of the sea. Reaching the top of the peninsula, the old lighthouse of Pakri is waiting for you, which stands on the edge of the cliff on top of a pure word of honor and is waiting to be rescued with the support of the NGO. At the same time, there is also a newer lighthouse, where you can also climb on weekends for € 5 ticket money (the money goes to the lighthouse). In Pakri Parun, next to the lighthouse, you can have coffee and cake, which I definitely recommend, because you have to manage on your own along the hiking trail and it is good to do it if you have a little tightening your body. A stone's throw from Pakri Baron towards the city, there is also a copy of A. Adamson's statue "The Last Gap of a Ship" (the original is in the Hermitage in St. Petersburg). Next there is a purely nature trail. I recommend taking a look at Finland from the end of the peninsula, because with good weather and a sharp eye you can see the coast of Finland. Iphone owners will be notified from time to time that they have arrived in Finland's mobile coverage area. At the end of the peninsula is also the highest point of the cliff. Moving on to the other side of the peninsula, it is possible to see Pakri waterfall during the spring and autumn. With a strong wind, you can see the waterfall flowing upwards, as the wind pushes the water back up along the edge of the cliff. Next, the road goes in two, below and above the cliff. I recommend going down, you can see the bank forest, (it is not a forest belonging to the bank, but a species-rich forest growing under the bank). Continuing the hike, the Teisepere quarry, beautiful sandy beaches and several RMK camping and campfire sites will be on the way, in some of them it is also possible to visit the toilets. On this edge of the peninsula, the attentive eye can see various buildings related to military history: trenches and basements, a legacy of the Soviet era. Some of them are very well preserved, covered with soil and still do not let a drop of water in. You can walk past some of them without noticing that there is a hidden hangar or warehouse 5 m away from you, so well hidden in nature. Continuing the journey, you will reach the old Leetse manor, which is not much to follow, but what is, is in order and privately owned. To visit, it is worth knocking on the door and asking permission. Behind the manor there is some other set of above-ground and underground military facilities. From there you will reach the Gulf of Lahe, which is equally exciting to watch from below and from above. It is possible to climb down and up 100 m from the bank, there is a bit gentler on the shore in some places. By now you have covered 11-12 km and there is another 1 km left on the Old Tallinn highway. If you have already come this far, the Meriküla road turns right, along which Leetse-Lepiku farm cemetery is located 200 m away. The artist Nikolai Triik, whose mother comes from the same farm, is resting in the cemetery. This is a small part of what the Pakri Peninsula has to offer you, just be curious and come. If you are interested, feel free to ask if you know something exciting, share it with others.
