Rates were great and fair. Bike was very nice. Silver helped me with the rental from start to finish and was very friendly and helpful. He even took time to suggest some good areas to visit with great roads to ride. My one suggestion for improvement would be the requirement of washing the bike before returning it or pay 30 Euro for them to do it. That is very strange for someone coming from the U.S.
