I would definitely recommend taking a picture of the car before taking it to maintenance or standing by yourself all the time. Terrible attitude.

I went through a 15 year old (390,000 km) M57 engine with all the nozzles in Diiselland in Tartu with a full refresh. The engine no longer fits and works as it should!

The attitude towards the customer gives me a wish ... on the website a place to book a maintenance time ... I filled it out and a day later came the answer that the booking is done by phone ... the whole story. If the customer is taught at the door how to communicate in a way that suits them, it will not create a good background. I went elsewhere.
