Hotel was ok, but staff wasn’t overly friendly and helpful.
Hotel rooms weren’t the cleanest, a lot of dust in the rooms and the beds were to say the least uncomfortable.
Spa is cute and with a nice atmosphere.
As always it was realy great vacay in Johan Spa. Room was clean and comfartable - we tooked studio apartment. Spa is small, but very cozy and clean. Location is perfect - old town center
Very small changing room in the SPA area. No social distance. I stayed at family room, in order to get to the reception and to the SPA you have to walk outside down the street wearing jackets and freeze. Absolutely inconvenient, especially with small children.
Very helpful staff.
All in all a pleasant stay. The car park was full but we could park on the street right next to the hotel for free. Centrally located, with a nice spa (a bit dated but clean and all in working order). We got a room with a balcony overlooking the red tiles of Kuressaare's roofs, a really nice bonus.
Great place to relax. It isn't big, they have two sauna's and one private in women and one in men dressing room. There's outdoor pool, indoor they have one big pool and one whirpool. It's not expensive, there isn't time limit for how long you can stay. If you want some relax time in spa, I recommend this place.
